Pothuajse t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb a koalicionet e p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb zgjedhjet e qershorit 2009 kishin \u201cndryshe\u201d ose di\u00e7ka n\u00eb lidhje me \u201cndryshe\u201d n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb ligj\u00ebrimeve t\u00eb tyre politike. \u201cNdryshe\u201d, me t\u00eb gjitha variacionet e saj, u p\u00ebrdor e p\u00ebrdoret n\u00eb politik\u00ebn aktuale shqiptare n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb shprehjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb shk\u00ebputjeje nga gjith\u00e7ka mund t\u00eb konsiderohet negative n\u00eb t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn e t\u00eb tashmen e politik\u00ebs e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare. N\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, me \u201cndryshe\u201d k\u00ebrkohet t\u00eb tregohet potenciali i nj\u00eb subjekti apo grupi p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrmban vuajtjet e s\u00eb djeshmes; q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb. Fjalor\u00ebt shqip dhe t\u00eb ato n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb huaj bashkohen n\u00eb p\u00ebrkufizim e \u201cndryshe\u201d, duke e shpjeguar at\u00eb si di\u00e7ka q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i\/e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt a t\u00eb tjerat, me gjithk\u00ebnd e secilin. Di\u00e7ka q\u00eb nuk ka t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm n\u00eb natyr\u00eb, form\u00eb a cil\u00ebsi. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht \u201cndryshe\u201d p\u00ebrdoret shpesh dhe n\u00eb shkencat sociale n\u00eb formulime q\u00eb kan\u00eb rrjedhoja t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb praktik\u00eb, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimi i konceptit \u201cndryshe\u201d n\u00eb lidhje me multikulturalizmin, demokracin\u00eb, barazin\u00eb gjinore etj. N\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsin\u00eb e aplikimit t\u00eb saj \u201cndryshe\u201d ka gjithnj\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00eb pozitive, demokratike e pluraliste. Idet\u00eb e ndryshme, vizionet e ndryshme, q\u00ebndrimet e ndryshme t\u00eb ingranuara n\u00eb perceptimin pozitiv t\u00eb s\u00eb ndryshmes si \u201ce p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar, e zhvilluar, pa negativitetet e t\u00eb tjerave, me incentivat e reja\u201d jan\u00eb element\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebrisht t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb ec\u00ebn p\u00ebrpara. T\u00eb pakt\u00ebn k\u00ebshtu ndodh kur \u201cndryshe\u201d p\u00ebrdoret si \u201cndryshe\u201d n\u00eb shprehje dhe n\u00eb brend\u00ebsi, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebrtim dhe n\u00eb substanc\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo \u00e7far\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, fatkeq\u00ebsisht \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb histori tjet\u00ebr e p\u00ebrb\u00ebn thelbin e asaj q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb model negativ nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb identifikuar me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Nj\u00eb tradit\u00eb q\u00eb vendi rip\u00ebrt\u00ebrin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb konstante: zhvler\u00ebsimin e koncepteve dhe p\u00ebrdorimin e tyre sipas interesave t\u00eb ngushta e imediate pa asnj\u00eb respekt p\u00ebr at\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb fjal\u00ebt e konceptet n\u00ebnkuptojn\u00eb e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb. Mbas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb qershorit 2009 u vu re se \u201cndryshe\u201d mbizot\u00ebroi si em\u00ebrtim, nd\u00ebrsa nuk b\u00ebhej fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr ide, m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb menduari a t\u00eb sjelluri ndryshe. Mbizot\u00ebroi em\u00ebrtimi dhe u zhduk substanca. Vendi drejtohet nga \u201cAleanca e Ndryshimit\u201d. N\u00eb krye t\u00eb saj q\u00ebndron i nj\u00ebjti person q\u00eb ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 15 vjet q\u00eb drejton t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn parti n\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare, i nj\u00ebjti q\u00eb ishte an\u00ebtar i PPSH dhe ndjek\u00ebs i zellsh\u00ebm i linj\u00ebs s\u00eb saj si sekretar partie. N\u00eb aspektin e liderit, fjala ndryshim tek Aleanca q\u00eb drejton vendin s\u2019ka asnj\u00eb lidhje me \u201cndryshimin\u201d. N\u00eb aspektin e mentalitetit duke filluar te qeveria, vazhduar tek partia e mbaruar tek deg\u00ebt e thjeshta t\u00eb partis\u00eb n\u00eb rrethe s\u2019do t\u00eb mjaftonin qindra faqe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbushur me fakte q\u00eb vendi drejtohet nga nj\u00eb mentalitet autoritar, q\u00eb buron nga ky lider i cili nuk ka mund\u00ebsi praktike e teorike q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb \u201cndryshe\u201d. N\u00eb fakt n\u00eb \u00e7do moment operimi t\u00eb partis\u00eb-shtet p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson mentalitetin patriarkal dhe sh\u00ebrbimin n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb interesit personal, familjar apo t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb grupal, nj\u00eb tradit\u00eb e hershme shqiptare. Vazhdon tradita dhjet\u00ebra vje\u00e7are e abuzimeve kolosale me fonde publike dhe e keqmenaxhimit t\u00eb risurseve komb\u00ebtare. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb u zhvillua m\u00eb tej tradita e kthimit t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs n\u00eb vend, shp\u00ebrblim militant\u00ebsh, korrupsionit t\u00eb lidhur ngusht\u00eb me instancat e larta shtet\u00ebrore dhe mashtrimit t\u00eb publikut jo vet\u00ebm me an\u00eb t\u00eb mediave publike, por duke krijuar lidhje t\u00eb ngushta dhe me media private. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn m\u00ebnyr\u00eb u \u00e7ua m\u00eb tej tradita e politik\u00ebs s\u00eb jashtme q\u00eb drejtohet jo nga interesat e vendit dhe specialist\u00ebt e fush\u00ebs, por nga interesat e ngushta dhe t\u00eb err\u00ebta t\u00eb grupeve t\u00eb vogla t\u00eb lidhur me liderin e partis\u00eb-shtet. Aleanca p\u00ebrdori dhe Europ\u00ebn, duke u paraqitur para saj e para shqiptar\u00ebve sikur do ta \u00e7onte Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb drejt nj\u00eb q\u00ebllimi final, integrimin europian. Kjo fshihte n\u00eb vetvete nj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb sa rr\u00ebqeth\u00ebse aq dhe flagrante: Shqip\u00ebria nuk ishte n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb traditave q\u00eb vet\u00eb kjo aleanc\u00eb i mbars e i ka \u00e7uar m\u00eb tej e nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb derisa kjo soj tradite t\u00eb sundoj\u00eb. Si rrjedhim, ajo \u00e7far\u00eb ka lidhje me shkuarjen drejt Europ\u00ebs n\u00ebn drejtimin e Aleanc\u00ebs se Ndryshimit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as m\u00eb shum\u00eb e as m\u00eb pak se nj\u00eb mashtrim i madh. N\u00eb fakt, ky lloj mashtrimi ishte kulmimi n\u00eb vitet e pluralizmit i tradit\u00ebs s\u00eb imponimit t\u00eb mashtrimeve publike me dhun\u00eb t\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs s\u00eb para viteve \u201890. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst emri i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i Aleanca e Ndryshimit \u00ebsht\u00eb Aleanca Tradicionale, sepse n\u00eb operimin e mendimin e saj nuk ka asnj\u00eb ndryshim, por vazhdim\u00ebsi t\u00eb nj\u00eb tradite t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb (keq)drejtimit t\u00eb vendit e mashtrimit permanent t\u00eb shtetasve.<\/p>\n<p>Manipulimi i madh me \u201cndryshim\u201d zhvler\u00ebsoi kuptimin e fjal\u00ebs \u201cndryshe\u201d. Kjo fjal\u00eb tashm\u00eb pa brend\u00ebsi, filloi t\u00eb mbushej nga \u00e7do lloj l\u00ebvizjeje q\u00eb n\u00eb thelb ishte tradicionale. E till\u00eb qe dhe e ashtuquajtura L\u00ebvizja e Mendimit Ndryshe. Ajo \u00e7far\u00eb l\u00ebvizja b\u00ebnte n\u00eb thelb ishte sharja konstante e liderit t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs dhe \u00e7do gj\u00ebje q\u00eb ai b\u00ebnte. N\u00eb fakt, sulmi ndaj personit, nj\u00eb tradit\u00eb e hershme n\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare, u masterizua nga Aleanca Tradicionale. Jan\u00eb t\u00eb pafund recitimet alla byra politike t\u00eb sharjeve q\u00eb lider e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb saj i b\u00ebjn\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi kund\u00ebrshtarit q\u00eb n\u00eb mentalitetin autoritar t\u00eb tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrimisht armiq\u00ebsor. E nj\u00ebjta tradit\u00eb u adoptua nga ajo q\u00eb n\u00eb vazhd\u00ebn e ndryshimit pa substanc\u00eb u quajt L\u00ebvizja e Mendimit Ndryshe. Mendimi ndryshe ishte pak a shum\u00eb \u201ckush e shan m\u00eb shum\u00eb, e kush e shan m\u00eb bukur liderin e opozit\u00ebs\u201d. Ndonj\u00eb qytet tek-tuk, ku ndonj\u00ebrit nga partia nuk i kishin ecur pun\u00ebt si\u00e7 i donte interesi personal u amplifikuan shar\u00ebsit q\u00eb mendonin \u201cndryshe\u201d. N\u00ebse ndryshe do t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb substanc\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb do duhej para s\u00eb gjithash q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb \u201cshar\u00ebsit\u201d fillimisht t\u00eb dinin t\u00eb merrnin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi, nj\u00eb sjellje q\u00eb ka munguar n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn politike shqiptare. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb \u201cmendonin ndryshe\u201d edhe pse kishin pozicione ky\u00e7e n\u00eb drejtimin e opozit\u00ebs n\u00eb zgjedhje, u larguan nga p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb a thua se nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb partia ishte n\u00eb zgjedhje, ato ishin n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb planet tjet\u00ebr. N\u00eb momentin kur vendi drejtohej nga Aleanca Tradicionale, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb mendimi \u201cndryshe\u201d t\u00eb tregonte se si bashk\u00ebpunimi dhe bashk\u00ebp\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia mund t\u00eb reflektojn\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201cndryshim\u201d, u zgjodh strategjia tradicionale dhe e Aleanc\u00ebs Tradicionale, sulm individit apo disa individ\u00ebve pa dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb konstruktive alternativa q\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebnin ndryshimin substancial. Alternativa e hyrjes n\u00eb Parlament qe dh\u00ebn\u00eb nga vet\u00eb Aleanca Tradicionale. Alternativa e k\u00ebsaj aleance n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb opsionet e versionet e saj s\u2019mund t\u00eb kishte q\u00ebllim tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrve\u00e7se zbehjes s\u00eb opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb kthyer politik\u00ebn shqiptare n\u00eb nj\u00eb sfer\u00eb me nj\u00eb pol si\u00e7 e do tradita. Ndryshe n\u00eb substanc\u00eb do t\u00eb thoshte ofrim i alternativave q\u00eb do ruanin forc\u00ebn politike e negociuese n\u00eb rang komb\u00ebtar e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb polit alternativ t\u00eb politik\u00ebs shqiptare, opozit\u00ebs. Mendimi ndryshe qe aq \u201cndryshe\u201d sa k\u00ebrkoi t\u00eb d\u00ebmtonte dhe n\u00eb nivel nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar opozit\u00ebn krejt si Aleanca Tradicionale.<br \/>\n\u201cNdryshe\u201d q\u00eb n\u00eb fjalor t\u00eb huaj e vendas p\u00ebrkufizohet si di\u00e7ka q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i \/e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt a t\u00eb tjerat, me gjithk\u00ebnd e secilin, di\u00e7ka q\u00eb nuk ka t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm n\u00eb natyr\u00eb, form\u00eb a cil\u00ebsi, nuk duket t\u00eb ket\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb fort gj\u00eb me t\u00eb ashtuquajtur\u00ebn L\u00ebvizje e Mendimit Ndryshe e as me at\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb q\u00ebndron mbas fjal\u00ebs ndryshim t\u00eb zgjedhur p\u00ebr em\u00ebrtim pa substanc\u00eb nga Aleanca Tradicionale. Mendimi ndryshe duhej t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb risi, nj\u00eb inovacion, nj\u00eb diferenc\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00eb, cil\u00ebsi e brend\u00ebsi me \u00e7do tjet\u00ebr. LMN nuk i shp\u00ebtoi dot tradit\u00ebs s\u00eb sharjes s\u00eb personit n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi p\u00ebr qejfprishje personale pa demonstruar asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi publike a personale mbi p\u00ebrfundimet e k\u00ebtij q\u00ebndrimi. P\u00ebrfundime q\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsisht ishin krejt n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me q\u00ebllimet e Aleanc\u00ebs Tradicionale. Socialist\u00ebt gjithkund a gjithnj\u00eb dhe jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kan\u00eb si ve\u00e7ori, p\u00ebr disa dob\u00ebsi, p\u00ebrfshirjen e rrymave t\u00eb mendimeve q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrputhen e shpeshher\u00eb p\u00ebrplasen fort me nj\u00ebra tjetr\u00ebn. Dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt e gabimisht quajtura LMN nuk ka asgj\u00eb ndryshe dhe nuk kishte pse t\u00eb amplifikohej, pretendonte t\u00eb ishte apo t\u00eb dilte si nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje a pol i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb q\u00eb ishte \u201cndryshe\u201d. P\u00ebr t\u2019u konsideruar ndryshe n\u00eb politik\u00eb duhet arritur t\u00eb gjenden alternativa, zgjidhje, q\u00ebndrime q\u00eb thyejn\u00eb tradicionalen e kultur\u00ebs politik\u00eb. I gabimisht quajturi LMN nuk e b\u00ebri dot k\u00ebt\u00eb, por u ul m\u2019u n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs politike shqiptare. N\u00eb kuptimin e aktual \u201cndryshe\u201d n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb shash e fyesh sa t\u00eb mundesh e si t\u00eb mund\u00ebsh ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht liderin e opozit\u00ebs, duke vazhduar me radh\u00eb me figurat opozitare. N\u00eb kuptimin real ndryshe n\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare do t\u00eb ishte t\u00eb ndjesh p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr \u00e7do fjal\u00eb e \u00e7do q\u00ebndrim e para s\u00eb gjithash t\u00eb kesh respekt p\u00ebr integritetin moral, fizik, shpirt\u00ebror, publik e privat t\u00eb secilit e t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, qoft\u00eb ky apo kjo nj\u00eb pun\u00ebtor n\u00eb minier\u00eb apo nj\u00eb minist\u00ebr, nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs i sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb pastrimit qytetar apo president, lyp\u00ebs n\u00eb rrug\u00eb apo deputet etj. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb respektosh \u00e7do shtetas t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi, t\u2019i hap\u00ebsh rrug\u00ebn mund\u00ebsive t\u00eb barabarta e t\u00eb mbash p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr ato q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb sot n\u00eb secilin skaj t\u00eb vendit, por dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb brezat e shtetasve q\u00eb do t\u00eb vin\u00eb.
