Kam kaluar m\u00eb se nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb duke jetuar jasht\u00eb vendit tim e m\u00ebsuar \u00e7far\u00eb mundem nga ata q\u00eb e shohin bot\u00ebn ndryshe. Por kjo p\u00ebrmban n\u00eb vete sfida. Gjuh\u00ebt padyshim mund t\u00eb m\u00ebsohen, por gjuh\u00ebt nuk munden, n\u00eb vetvete a p\u00ebrkthim, t\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb zbulime. Ato jan\u00eb nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar. Si nj\u00eb vizitore n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e studente e gjuh\u00ebs suaj, mezi pres t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj e sfidohem n\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka \u00e7far\u00eb nuk di nga ky vend e njer\u00ebzit e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Pak vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, shkrova nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin studioja natyr\u00ebn e dialogut dhe nevoj\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr dije t\u00eb thella. Kam kuptuar se m\u00ebsoj m\u00eb shum\u00eb kur gjej njer\u00ebz q\u00eb duan t\u00eb dialogojn\u00eb me mua, nj\u00eb dialog i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr s\u00eb dy njer\u00ebz q\u00eb flasin. Dialogu n\u00eb vijim \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb moment zbulimi dhe m\u00ebsimi p\u00ebr mua k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Jam me shum\u00eb fat q\u00eb kam gjetur njer\u00ebz k\u00ebtu, q\u00eb kan\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb pyetjet e mia, dhe t\u00eb m\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb t\u00eb kuptoj gj\u00ebra t\u00eb cilat nj\u00eb t\u00eb huaji i duken mitike. Jo rrall\u00eb mendoj se \u00e7\u2019biseduam jan\u00eb m\u00ebsime q\u00eb duhet t\u2019i marr me vete e t\u2019i ndaj me \u00e7do k\u00ebnd q\u00eb do t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb dialog.<\/p>\n<p>Dialogu i m\u00ebposht\u00ebm, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 t\u00eb tjerave, \u00ebsht\u00eb rezultat i d\u00ebshir\u00ebs sime t\u00eb p\u00ebrballem me frik\u00ebn q\u00eb kam, se gjithandej n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb ne mund t\u00eb jemi duke humbur besimin n\u00eb fuqin\u00eb e z\u00ebrave individual\u00eb, dhe pse ne shohim n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi sesi nuk jan\u00eb ve\u00e7 idet\u00eb e atyre n\u00eb pushtet q\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb bot\u00ebn ku jetojm\u00eb. Kam frik\u00eb se shum\u00eb nga ne, kudo, po harrojn\u00eb sesi ngrihet z\u00ebri. Ishte nj\u00eb dit\u00eb e trisht\u00eb, padyshim. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, nd\u00ebrsa po ktheheshim nga varrezat e Sharr\u00ebs, pash\u00eb qindra varre q\u00eb gati sa nuk po mbuloheshin nga plehrat. Kjo mua m\u00eb tronditi m\u00eb shum\u00eb, m\u2019u duk si nj\u00eb humbje m\u00eb e madhe se ajo e nj\u00eb jete t\u00eb vetme.<\/p>\n<p>Vendasja: N\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr varrezat e vajzave e djemve t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb ran\u00eb duke luftuar pushtuesin n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn e Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm pak metra larg vendit ku mblidhen gjith\u00eb plehrat e qytetit. N\u00eb fakt, \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb ndash varrez\u00ebn me sheshin e plehrave. Sa her\u00eb e shoh ashtu ndjesia q\u00eb po i vrasim p\u00ebrs\u00ebri m\u00eb hidh\u00ebron e frik\u00ebson.<\/p>\n<p>Vizitorja: Ndoshta \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo q\u00eb m\u00eb tronditi dhe mua. \u00cbsht\u00eb t\u00eb mos respektosh t\u00eb vdekurit, t\u00eb vras\u00ebsh kujtimin e tyre. Miqt\u00eb me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt qem\u00eb at\u00eb dit\u00eb aty m\u00eb than\u00eb se njer\u00ebzit hedhin plehrat dhe shteti nuk b\u00ebn asgj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i pastroj\u00eb. Un\u00eb thash\u00eb, pse nuk vijm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fundjav\u00eb t\u00eb pastrojm\u00eb sa mundemi? Ato qesh\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Vendasja: Kur kan\u00eb qeshur, nuk di n\u00ebse ajo ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb qeshje apo nj\u00eb qarje si qeshje. Nj\u00eb qarje q\u00eb nuk do ta b\u00ebsh para nj\u00eb tjetri q\u00eb po t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn t\u00ebnde t\u00eb hidhur. Nga kjo vjen shprehja grassroots, n\u00eb kuptimin e l\u00ebvizjeve q\u00eb vin\u00eb nga baza e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb).<\/p>\n<p>Vendasja: Grassroots, q\u00eb kan\u00eb lidhje me l\u00ebvizjet nga baza e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, m\u00eb duken di\u00e7ka q\u00eb i referohet tok\u00ebs s\u00eb pasur q\u00eb rrit, ndryshe shum\u00ebllojshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb vlerave q\u00eb ushqen k\u00ebto l\u00ebvizje.<\/p>\n<p>Vizitorja: \u00cbsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb termi grassroots i referohet aksionit social, q\u00eb ka origjin\u00ebn te njer\u00ebzit ose edhe te nj\u00eb njeri i vet\u00ebm, n\u00eb vend t\u00eb shtetit. Por, n\u00eb jet\u00ebn time kam par\u00eb l\u00ebvizje shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb zhvillohen vet\u00ebm kur dhe ku toka ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb ushqehet. Po flisnim p\u00ebr mosrespektimin e t\u00eb vdekurve, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u2019i mohosh kontributin, sepse nj\u00eb aspekt i tij ose m\u00ebnyra sesi ky aspekt u p\u00ebrdor nuk t\u00eb p\u00eblqen. Kjo ka ndodhur p\u00ebrher\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb shqiptare. T\u00eb vras\u00ebsh kontributin e t\u00eb vdekurit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u2019i heq\u00ebsh frym\u00ebzimin t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb gjalli. N\u00eb rastin e t\u00eb \u201cRimarrim nat\u00ebn\u201d, ata q\u00eb nd\u00ebrmor\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb aksion kishin par\u00eb jo rrall\u00eb shembuj suksesi e vler\u00ebsimi dhe m\u00eb pastaj t\u00eb aksioneve t\u00eb tilla apo jo?<\/p>\n<p>Vizitorja: Por, ka shembuj suksesesh historike k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Dhe si nj\u00eb studente e kultur\u00ebs tuaj po m\u00ebsoj p\u00ebr heronjt\u00eb tuaj, p\u00ebr shembull Naim Frash\u00ebri, Fan Noli, Ismail Qemali. A s\u2019jan\u00eb k\u00ebto modele suksesi?<\/p>\n<p>Vendasja: Fan Noli menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas revolucionit t\u00eb qershorit nuk konsiderohej nj\u00eb shembull suksesi. Suksesi ose vler\u00ebsimi i kontributit ka pasur gjithnj\u00eb lidhje me sa i sh\u00ebrben kujtdo \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet.<\/p>\n<p>Vizitorja: At\u00ebher\u00eb ndoshta kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja pse l\u00ebvizjet \u201cgrassroots\u201d nuk po ndodhin tani k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. L\u00ebvizjet \u201cgrassroots\u201d mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb rezultate politike, por nuk jan\u00eb politike n\u00eb at\u00eb kuptim. Po b\u00ebj nj\u00eb diferencim teorik, l\u00ebvizjet \u201cgrassroots\u201d ekzistojn\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuar shtetin. Jan\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb alternative aksioni. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb si t\u00eb organizosh nj\u00eb protest\u00eb kund\u00ebr shtetit ose si t\u00eb k\u00ebrkosh veprim nga shteti. \u00cbsht\u00eb thjesht t\u00eb veprosh kur shteti nuk vepron. \u00cbsht\u00eb t\u00eb pastrosh varrezat ku \u00ebsht\u00eb varrosur familja jote, sepse ata, t\u00eb vdekurit, jan\u00eb modelet tuaja t\u00eb suksesit ashtu dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebshtimit. Ata jan\u00eb kush ju formoi ju, dhe ne nuk kemi nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr shtetin t\u00eb na tregoj\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb apo jo.<\/p>\n<p>Vendasja: Me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri mungojn\u00eb l\u00ebvizjet \u201cgrassroot\u201d, form\u00eb alternative dhe e njohur e aksionit. Kjo munges\u00eb vjen p\u00ebr nj\u00eb seri dinamikash, nj\u00eb prej t\u00eb cilave, politizimin ekstrem t\u00eb \u00e7do aspekti t\u00eb jet\u00ebs komunitare, e prekem disi m\u00eb lart. N\u00eb fakt, mendoj se n\u00eb demokraci t\u00eb suksesshme si Holanda, Shtetet e Bashkuara, Franca, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 l\u00ebvizjeve politike kan\u00eb qen\u00eb themelore p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb l\u00ebvizjet \u201cgrassroots\u201d. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb l\u00ebvizje q\u00eb sidomos n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, jo vet\u00ebm do t\u00eb b\u00ebnin at\u00eb q\u00eb shteti nuk e b\u00ebn, por dhe at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk mund ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb partit\u00eb politike.<\/p>\n<p>Vizitorja: Vet\u00ebm l\u00ebvizjet \u201cgrassroots\u201d nuk mund t\u00eb zgjidhin problemet e nj\u00eb vendi, ashtu si\u00e7 qeveria vet\u00ebm nuk mundet. K\u00ebrkon infrastruktur\u00eb qeveritare p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar dhe menaxhuar qendra trajtimi plehrash. Por, nj\u00eb grup i dedikuar miqsh, shum\u00eb thas\u00eb plehrash dhe nj\u00eb kamion jan\u00eb fillimi i \u00e7do projekti suksesi.<\/p>\n<p>Vendasja: Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkufizosh ndryshe suksesin. E kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb fakt, qytetaria p\u00ebrtej kufijve. Kufijve q\u00eb ndajn\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm shtetet me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, por dhe shtetin brenda vetes. Kufijt\u00eb mes interesit personal e komunitar q\u00eb na b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb mendojm\u00eb se n\u00ebse plehrat s\u2019jan\u00eb af\u00ebr varrit t\u00eb njeriut tim at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00e7\u2019pun\u00eb paskan prishur. Apo, n\u00ebse nuk i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb pushtetit n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn p\u00ebrfitoj un\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00e7\u2019na nevojiten varrezat e d\u00ebshmor\u00ebve. N\u00eb fakt, si\u00e7 secili i gjall\u00eb sot na nevojitet, secili nga t\u00eb vdekurit tan\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb toka jon\u00eb e mbjell\u00eb me vlera.
